We inform our passengers and tour operators that, to date, the Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura de Cusco does not have entrance tickets to visit the Llaqta of Machu Picchu. In this regard, we indicate that, as of today, on the Hiram Bingham, A Belmond Train service, we will only be able to secure entrance tickets to the archaeological site for our passengers with tickets issued at least 45 days before the date of travel. In high demand seasons, such as Easter, tickets may sell out even further in advance.

We also let you know that, due to the capacity and demand of visitors to the Llaqta, we are not in a position to ensure entry tickets to Machu Picchu for the passengers who buy at the last moment.

For changes and/or cancellations, we specify that, once the tickets for the train service are issued, the entry ticket to Machu Picchu related to the original travel date will be lost and discounted from the corresponding refund.
