We inform to our passengers and tourism operators that, on Wednesday, November 13 th , Hiram Bingham, A Belmond Train, will be operating only on the route between Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu as a preventative measure for the passengers and workers due to the protest called at a national leve.
Our Hiram Bingham service will operate according to its regular itinerary on the Ollantaytambo – Machu Picchu – Ollantaytambo route, based on the following schedule:
Passengers who wish to change their travel dates will be able to do so at our points of sale according to the availability of the service. The changes for travel agencies will be made at our offices located at the Wanchaq station and El Sol Avenue or by Call Center, according to availability. Passengers of the Hiram Bingham, A Belmond Train service, who want to request a refund of their tickets will be able to do so through the refund form posted on our website: https://www.perurail.com/es/cancelaciones-de-ticket/ Refunds for trave agencies can be made through the sales and reservation platform, Travel Studio.
