- Bus departure from Cusco: Your adventure begins with a bus ride from Wanchaq station in Cusco, which will comfortably take you to the train station in Ollantaytambo. Along the way, you’ll enjoy views of the city and the first glimpses of the Sacred Valley, setting the scene for your exciting journey to Machu Picchu.
- Tourist stop: Discover the natural beauty of Lake Huaypo halfway through your trip. This 10-minute stop lets you admire the glaciers of Apus Salcantay, Chicon, and Verónika, along with abundant flora and fauna (subject to weather conditions, available only during daytime travel).
- Back on the bus: After the stop at Lake Huaypo, you’ll return to the bus to continue your journey to the appropriate train station.

- Tourist Stop: Discover the natural beauty of Lake Huaypo halfway through your journey. This stop lasts for 10 minutes, giving you the opportunity to view the Glaciers of the Salcantay, Chicon, and Verónika Apus, as well as abundant local flora and fauna. (Subject to weather conditions and only for daytime travel)
- Back to the bus: After the tourist stop at Lake Huaypo, you’ll return to the bus to continue the journey to your destination station.
- Disembarkation: At the end of the journey, the bus will drop you off at Wanchaq station, just a 5-minute walk from Cusco’s main square. From here, you can return to your hotel or explore the city, completing an unforgettable experience.
